Free cancellation or a new date on every tour, as long as you let us know at least 96 hours before the start.
01Free cancellation, up to 96 hours out
The rule is the same across the board, whether you've booked a private tour priced per group, the €195 full-day Sagrada Família and Park Güell tour or the €55 Gothic Quarter walk: cancel or reschedule at no cost as long as you reach us before the 96-hour mark. Inside that window, our guide's day is already planned around your group, which is why the cutoff exists.
To request a cancellation or pick a new date, just reply to the confirmation email you received when you booked, or send us a message on WhatsApp with your name and the date you're changing. We'll get back to you and confirm the change directly, usually the same day.
02Refunds
Once we've confirmed your cancellation, any amount you've paid is refunded to the original payment method within a few business days, and we'll drop you a confirmation email once it's gone through. If you're rescheduling rather than cancelling outright, no money moves at all: we simply hold your booking against the new date instead.
03No-shows
If you don't arrive at the meeting point or your hotel pick-up and haven't been in touch, that's treated as a no-show rather than a cancellation. Our guide waits a short grace period before moving on (on a small-group tour, out of fairness to the rest of the group), and no refund applies once that happens. If something comes up on the day itself, a quick message lets us at least explain the situation to your guide, even if it's too late to change the outcome.
04A weather note for the Magic Fountain evening tour
Our Montjuïc Castle, Cable Car and Magic Fountain tour ends with the Font Màgica show at Plaça d'Espanya, and that particular show runs on a schedule set by Barcelona's city council, not by us. It's seasonal, and every so often it's paused for maintenance or held back by strong wind. This only ever affects that last stop: the castle visit, the cable car ride and the rest of the tour go ahead regardless. If the fountain show itself is off on your date, we handle it case by case, often by pointing you to it on another evening if you're still in town, and we'll flag it ahead of time whenever we know in advance.
