- Contact and booking details: your name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number if you include one, along with any tour preference, date, guest count and message you enter into our booking or contact forms. These forms are handled by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that routes your submission straight to our inbox.
- Basic browsing data: once Google Tag Manager is switched on for this site, it may collect standard analytics information such as pages viewed and general location by country or city. This is currently a placeholder and is not yet active; we'll update this section with specifics once it is.
02Why we collect it
Simply put: to do business with you and to keep the site running well. We use your contact and booking details to reply to your enquiry, confirm availability, and arrange your tour. Once analytics is active, we'll use that data only to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it, not to build advertising profiles.
03We don't sell your data
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. Your details are shared only with the service providers that help us run this website and respond to you (Web3Forms for form delivery) and only for that purpose.
This site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so when a page opens your browser requests them from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.
04Cookies
We don't run any advertising or tracking cookies of our own. Once Google Tag Manager and its connected analytics tools are configured, they will set cookies to measure site usage.
05How long we keep it
We hold on to booking and enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, keep a record of the arrangement, and meet any bookkeeping obligations we're subject to, after which we remove it.
06Your rights
As a business operating for visitors in the EU and Spain, we aim to handle your data in line with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.
