01Making a booking
When you submit a booking request through our site, by email, or by WhatsApp and we confirm your spot, that confirmation forms the agreement between you and us for that tour. Please check the tour name, date and number of guests carefully when you book, since your confirmation is based on what you send us.
02Prices and payment
All prices on this site are shown in euros (EUR) and are per the amount displayed at the time you book. Private tours are priced per group, for up to 6 guests; every other tour is priced per person. We'll confirm the total for your party (number of guests and tour selected) before your booking is finalized, so there are no surprises on the day.
03Group sizes
Every tour we run keeps its group small by design, and the maximum number of guests varies from one tour to the next: private tours take up to 6 guests, and small-group tours cap at 8 to 18. Each individual tour page states its own maximum group size, so check the tour you're interested in for the exact number before booking for a larger party.
04Cancellations and changes
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered in full on our separate Cancellation Policy page. That page governs any change to a confirmed booking, so please read it before you book if timing is tight for your trip.
05On the tour: conduct and safety
Our walking tours cover cobbled streets, hills and stairs in the old town and around Montjuïc, so comfortable, closed-toe footwear is genuinely important, not just a suggestion. For everyone's safety and enjoyment, guests are expected to stay with the group and follow the guide's instructions, particularly around traffic, tight lanes and venue entry points. A guide may ask a guest to sit out part of an activity if their behaviour puts themselves or the group at risk.
06Age requirements
Most of our tours welcome guests of any age. The exception is our Old Town Walking Tour with Tapas and Flamenco Show: because it ends inside a Tablao theatre in the evening, under-18s must be accompanied by an adult for the full experience.
07Circumstances outside our control
Occasionally a tour is affected by something neither we nor our guides could reasonably control: extreme weather, a sudden venue closure, a citywide event, or similar. In these cases we'll do our best to offer an alternative date, a substitute activity, or another fair solution, but we can't be held responsible for circumstances genuinely beyond our control.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, where our tours take place and where our team is based.
